Q: What happens if my shirt arrives damaged?

A: I want you to be proud of your new gear! If an item arrives damaged, or doesn't meet your expectations in any way, please reach out to donovan@criticalelementdesigns.com for replacement or a refund!


Q: What happens if I need a different size?

A: Mistakes happen, if you have an issue with your fit, reach out to me at donovan@criticalelementdesigns.com and I will help you get the size you need.

 

Q: How long does shipping take? Will I be able to track my order?

A: Most products are delivered within a week from when the order is placed. Shortly after the order is placed, you will receive an email with order status and tracking information.

 

Q: Are products printed and shipped by you, or by a third party?

A: Most of the products I sell are printed and shipped by a third party, but I am hoping to expand my skills and equipment to handle more of it myself in the future.

 

Q: If your products come from a third party, what makes them special?

A: The products that Critical Element Designs sells are special because the designs are unique. I also make sure all of our new products and styles are tested by myself, my family, and some close friends to ensure that they meet my expectations. I honestly trust that these products are worth buying.
